Coker Loop, Suite 201-A, San Antonio, TX 78216 Membership Information San Antonio Fire and Police Pensioners’ Association Membership Information San Antonio Fire and Police Pensioners’ Association   Membership in the SAFPPA is open to all retired firefighters, police officers and their spouses. The Association was founded in 1970 mainly as a social organization. We have evolved into an Association with benefits. We try to keep our members informed about their pension, health care and other subjects that affect our way of life. Membership has a cost of $3.00 per month for the retired firefighter or police officer only. The cost of retiree and spouse is $5.00 per month. These monthly fees can be payroll deductible (see the form below). We also offer lifetime membership at 10 times the annual monthly fee. Therefore lifetime membership for the retiree is $360.00 one time payment. The lifetime membership for retiree and spouse is $600.00 one time payment. Both, the retiree, retiree and spouse lifetime fees can be payroll deductible one time or spread over 12 months. As a member of the SAFPPA you are eligible for our AirLife contract.
